Self-awareness is the critical starting point, so we draw from a range of diagnostic tools and processes, depending on the coaching brief. We also work with any existing diagnostics that are currently in use in the organisation.

We maintain a clear focus on the outcomes that will deliver success, along with time-frames and a way of measuring their achievement.

We bridge the Knowing-Doing Gap, with a particular emphasis on using Emotional Intelligence principles to provide leaders with practical tools to push through the discomfort zone and create highly effective habits of behaviour.
